•Provisioning of E1’s, VCG’s and new services to provide end to end connectivity and testing of the provisioned services to make the traffic up and running. Also monitoring the network and troubleshooting the issues by analyzing the alarms and maintain the visibility of the network on EMS/NMS.•Augmenting new nodes in the network to upgrade the ring from STM1 to STM4, STM4 to STM16, or STM16 to STM64. Test the configured circuits and troubleshoot the issues if any. •Provision E1’s and VCG on the SDH network to fulfill the bandwidth requirements to accommodate more calls.•Perform migration activities to efficiently shift the traffic from one MGW to another to offload the overloaded traffic on MGW in the specified given downtime.

•Worked as Circle NOC engineer, Remote support to field Engineers for maintenance Activities of SDH. Cross-connection solution on VC-12, VC-3, and VC-4 level.•Provisioning of POI, 3G, GSM, E-1’s for inner-circle requirement & end-to-end testing of the same to make traffic up. Ring up-gradation provisioning for STM1 to STM4, STM4 to STM16 by augmenting new nodes or upgrading the same node. Reconfiguration of circuits in order to fulfill bandwidth requirements.•Solution to outage related issues by checking the alarms and deducing that the issue is related to a fiber cut or utility or the equipment.
