Held full responsibility for 3-10 month long projects with budgets of up to $1.5 million. Key projects include:- Big Data Analytics: led from initiation to finish across multiple phases - Open Innovation: developed practical tool-kit to ensure rapid global adoption- Wearable Electronics: convinced CXO-level to enter the market well ahead of the curve- Clean-tech/Energy Efficiency: created tangible blue-print for the first foray

Part of an internal think-tank in the Chairman’s Office, provided internal consultancy services to C-level executives across Samsung Group (over $250B in revenue) and formed a talent-pool for future Global Leaders for Samsung’s world-wide offices.Led and participated in 3-5 member teams of highly capable professionals with Top-MBAs, on 8 diverse projects that set the business directions for several important divisions. Key projects include:- Cleantech: developed a 5-10 year corporate-wide strategy- LED: created the plan to enter Automotive and retail sectors - Intellectual Property (IP): conducted primary research with over 50 IP-related firms- Personal Computers (PC): developed the mid-term competitive enhancement plan

Led the initial phase of a pan-EU restructuring project to improve market penetration. Developed the project framework, created a sub-segmentation model and established key decision criteria for resource prioritization

Held complete responsibility for revenue generation and business development for a large territory covering Germany, Italy, Switzerland, UK, Austria and Spain. Managed and negotiated multi-million dollar deals with several key accounts while building a healthy pipeline of new account acquisitions.
