Responsibility -Accountable for the performance of the entire center, and participation in the development of India strategy - To Manage the entire operations of the center along with reporting on production, and administrative responsibility for center quality, finance, HR and facilities functions -To Be a single point of contact for the entire team and the senior management through effective communication on the key deliverables of the process - To set goals for the team and implement the same in consultation with the Sr. Management- To Interact with Canadian Team on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations, assist deploy global and regional best practices - To Control cost through effective utilization of personnel, materials and equipment -To Proactively foresee problems that arise in the people and process, and derive solutions to resolve them to ensure there is no negative impact on motivation of people, and delivery of service - To Manage and motivate team and Managers to ensure high performance levels - To ensure sorting out all team related issues and possesses excellent vendor management capabilities - To Ensure the team remains within disciplinary boundaries so as contained within the standard guidelines.
