Lakshya Farmers Agritech Producer Company Limited is the 500+ farmers FPO of this NGO in which I did following activities1- extention work for NGO to implement and execute NABARD schemes. 2 - Development of new SHG ( Self helping group ) and time to time meetings in perticular frequency with existing SHG 3-Development of new FPO/FPC (Farmers producer organization/company) and time to time meetings in perticular frequency with existing FPO farmers .4 - Field with DDM NABARD in different villages for tracking and tracing of work done .5- Custom hiring of farm machinery i.e rice transplanter , M B PLough , Rotavator, power tiller to existing FPO farmers.6 - Procurement of grain crop i.e wheat from FPO Farmers and after grading sales in ITC choupal Sagar.

Industrial Training Programme On CAD/CAM/CAE learned and worked on CAD-CAM-CAE softwares i.e Autodesk CAD for 2d designing , Autodesk INVENTOR for solid work design 3d design and tooling creation, mechanical design, and product simulation.: Learned about Reverse engineering techniques . Tolerancing in mechanical design.Got to see practical demonstration by the principal scientist of institution on CNC Machine and it's programming for tool creation.
