I have defined, led and hold patents across releases of some of the most successful analytics products of all time - including MicroStrategy, SAP, and Business Objects.As the Chief Product Officer at MicroStrategy, I am responsible for the overall strategy and definition of an analytics product portfolio that spans cloud, data discovery, data science, big data and enterprise analytics. In my time at MRI Software, I made a number of transformational changes:- Creating an AI-First product vision and shipping 12 AI-enhanced products including MRI Chat, MRI Forms Intelligence, MRI Agora Insights.- Implementing a dual off-shore strategy in India and South Africa with over 300 people.- Integrating over 20 acquisitions in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.- Building and shipping one of the first, global and cross-platform real estate analytics products.- Merging PM and Engineering onto a unified organization, improving efficiency and productivity by 30%.- Introducing a user-centric product approach and implementing Pendo.Previously, I spent 13 years in various PM roles at SAP and Business Objects across a number of products including Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, and Explorer. I led a team of product managers based in Paris that were responsible for products across the analytics portfolio and worked closely with customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. I am currently based in Washington DC (and previously in Paris, France and Vancouver, Canada) and have accumulated extensive experience working in a global environment, leading international teams, speaking at conferences and driving customer success throughout EMEA and the Americas.

FounderKronofusion Technologies 2000 - 2003I co-founded Kronofusion Technologies in 2000. Our goal was to enable remote access to files on your computer via mobile devices (using WML at the time). During the early beginnings of Cloud services, we took an innovative approach to provide a connection between the mobile device and your computer to allow remote access to desktop computers. Our goal was to develop a software application that was easy to set up and use for any business user. We created a private-labeled implementation of our software with the goal of developing partnerships with ISPs to bring our service to their customers.As Founder, I grew the company from a start-up to 30 employees and raised multiple rounds of funding totaling nearly 2 million dollars. While on the Board of Directors we took the company public on the TSX venture exchange in Canada.
