(IT & Non -IT)• Managed vendor relationships.• Extensively used ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Such as Greenhouse. • Responsible for building a candidate database and recruiter network.• Prepared candidates for interviews by providing information about the organization and position to ensure quality results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Handling the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, hiring, offer out till post offer follow-up.• Hands on experience in Permanent & Contractual positions.• Sourcing of entry, middle and senior level profiles.• Sourcing of resources through channels like job portal and employee referral.• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirement and create a good number of quality candidate's pipeline to close the position. Handling requirements drive. • Negotiate the salary with the selected candidates and release offers timely.• To do reference check for all shortlisted candidates.
