Project Problem Statement : Increase of production run time due to manual checking of run out of blender bar motor coupler .Implemented a sensor based test jig is which could check the run out of blender bar motor coupler for up to .2mm and also sends a buzzer for accepted and non-accepted pieces.Final outcome: The entire exercise helped in reducing the manpower and decreasing the production runtime by 2%.
