This experience allowed me to proficiently employ qualitative tools and gain valuable insights into the functioning of the education sector at the grassroots level.Central Square Foundation - Early Childhood Education Situation Landscape Analysis:In this project, I was actively engaged in studying the education landscape in Aurangabad District, focusing on 15 Anganwadi centers. My tasks involved conducting meticulous classroom observations in these centers and holding interviews with both Anganwadi Teachers and parents of the children attending these centers. The primary objective of this endeavor was to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Anganwadi centers' operations and assess the teachers' proficiency while conducting various exercises in the classrooms. Additionally, I sought to evaluate the teachers' comfort levels in utilizing Teacher Learning Material (TLM) during their teaching sessions.Throughout these projects, I honed my skills in data collection, qualitative analysis, and research methodologies, fostering a deeper understanding of the education sector's dynamics at the grassroots level.
