As a hard-working manual tester with excellent time-management skills, I have achieved a 99% success rate in identifying bugs and suggesting ways to fix them. With my experience working with different PM methodologies and database software, I have been able to actively participate in all phases of product testing, including planning and delivery recommendations.Currently, I am a Software Tester at Virtual Galaxy Infotech Pvt. Additionally, I write extensive bug reports and provide guidance to interns and junior manual testers. Ltd., where I provided support to end-users on a variety of issues. This involved identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems by talking with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone. I was also responsible for responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.In terms of my tech stack, I have experience working with Bugzilla, Jira, Test Planning, Oracle SQL, and MS Office.
