• Supporting clients with Installation, Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance and Upgrades of all kind of Shimadzu HPLC, LCMS, LCMS/MS, PPSQ (Protein Sequencer) systems.• Handling all Shimadzu software.• Technical Support for Wyatt Technology’s MALS (Multi-Angle Light Scattering), Optilab dRI, Online DLS and its software.• Improving service quality by tracking the matrices of Install Success Rate, On-time PM completion & Down time and implementing SOP.• 90% of Escalation calls were closed within 7days.• Accelerating the service revenue by tracking of Warranty Conversion, Contract Renewals, Utilization of Refurbished Parts, Parts Return, promoting Qualifications, Validations and Software Upgrades.• Responsible for service revenue and service quality• Forecasting and Recruitment of new engineers and also their training on Technical skills.
