Responsible for driving new Technology developments and capabilities throughout the Beyon group, to support the ongoing digital transformation. Led the Batelco Technology including Network, IT and Cyber Security to drive the Batelco transformation journey since 2020.Previously led the IT and system development & delivery as CIO for Vodafone Czech Republic and drove the Digital, Agile & Technology Simplification transformation.Prior to that led the IT Partner Management and Sourcing Transformation for Vodafone Germany with an aim to build a faster Time to Market, higher quality and more cost effective Sourcing model by focusing on partner consolidation, increased offshoring and leveraging usage of in-house (offshore) shared service delivery centres.Also led the IT Organisation Transformation programme to design and implement a fit-for-purpose integrated IT organisation supporting the merged Vodafone Germany and Kabel Deutschland quad-play telecoms business.Previously worked in Unilever's BI Centre of Excellence, led the Global Information Roadmap delivery and was part of the core team driving the mobilization of the Global BI Programme to deliver the roadmap. Managed the delivery of a portfolio of BI projects to enable Unilever's strategic reporting capability involving both externally oriented (Marketing, Customer Development) and internally oriented information (Supply Chain, environmental footprint etc). This included cross functional reporting through strategic dashboards and also through various other reporting solutions requiring delivery through a mix of inhouse and outsourced team based across multiple locations in UK, Europe and Asia.Also managed delivery of projects to build information solution capabilities for Unilever's global Marketing, Supply Chain & Customer Development information and prior to that managed multiple IT projects to enable re-engineering of Hindustan Unilever Limited's (HUL) Supply Chain (Production and Distribution) Planning processes.Involved in project conceptualization, business process analysis & mapping, project plan formulation, execution & implementation. Responsible for managing wide variety of business applications through multi-vendor outsourced teams.
