The tag line of Milk Mantra is "Truly Pure" and it was great challenge for me to design induction which could inculcate these values of purity at first instance itself. Under the guidance of GM-HR Mr. Aditya Das, I completed my project successfully by designing a 3-days induction program including an Induction Manual and presentations which will give a new Moo'ver (what we call a new joinee) a clear idea about how each function work. Also during my SIP, I got additional responsibility of Recruitment. Company planned to expand in all the major Metro cities. I was responsible for the first level screening of candidates who applied for various openings like Managers, Sr. Executives, etc, organizing interviews for the shortlisted candidates with Functional Heads and assisting them during interviews.
