Diversification Strategies of Indian Conglomerate

I was part of P&G leadership intern program (i-RISE). I worked in Supply Network Operation (SNO) department of Product Supply function. My project was improving service of key Indirect Modern Retail customers & High-Frequency Stores. I was offered Pre Placement Offer (PPO) in product supply function.

I worked in greenfield project of Grasim Industries Ltd where I led a team of 18 technicians and 5 contractors. I looked after the erection and commission work of spinning department which is production department of the plant. I was responsible for scheduling and sequencing of various tasks during the project phase.
