- Managing projects on national and international level (India, Haiti, Canada, Chile)- Ensuring the timeline of project, creating project documentation, and track project performance- Developing business relationship with international vendors, and simplifying the commercial processes between the two organizations- Assist in strategical short-term and long-term planning of the organization, participate in budgeting, resource management and perform risk analysis- Leading and managing a technical team of 6 members and delegating project tasks based on individual’s strength and skill set - Promote sales leads by research, identify market leads, solicit new account, and evaluate customer needs to determine the best technical and cost-effective solution

- Leading and coordinating engineering projects on national and international level- Analysis and design of steel structures, connections, and concrete foundations- Liaison between client and contractor, and planning, scheduling, and monitoring the construction/installation activities- Carryout research and development projects using Finite Element Analysis method and conducting experiments- Conducting site visits to investigate structural failure and provide the remedial measures to avoid any further destruction

- Analysis and design of the steel bins under wind load, snow load, seismic load and grain load- Analysis and design of catwalks, support towers and other support structures commonly used at agricultural facilities - Design of concrete foundations for steel silos and other structures- Preparing budgetary and final quotes for the engineering, procurement and construction services - Conducting research and development activities to study the effects of free-flowing material on steel, and thus optimizing the design to make manufacturing cost-effective
