Worked in Aashir Engineering Pvt Ltd as a Sr.BIM Specialist in Structural Dept and handled the R.C.C and Steel Structures. Responsibilities : 1.Taking care of the quality of the deliverables documents and BIM Models.2.Extraction of quantities especially reinforcement and to compare with actual site consumption.3. Generating Extracting Architecture and Structural Clash Detection Report.4. Costing of Civil and structural Quantities.

6 months full-time training on Lodha New Cuffe Parade,which is one of the newest real estate luxurious project developed byLodha Group at Wadala , Mumbai. The project comprises of 12 towers out of which 4 towers were constructed under L&T on contract basis. Each tower was G+45 floor. The structures were high rise RCC frame structures. The objective was to learn the construction activities and learn on site challenges.I personally linked my curriculm with the ongoing site activities and also diffusing technology of BIM.
