As a project manager, I work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned team leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for project completion. I develop and manage project budgets and am accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. I work with other team leads, both internal and external, to identify risks and opportunities across the project.I analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks and produce project reports for management and stakeholders. I publish and share regular project progress reports with all stakeholders, highlighting any deviations and seeking remedies to ensure the project stays on track.

As a project manager, I am responsible for identifying, driving, and closing project and product requirement opportunities for IoT Projects, Product Development, E-commerce, ERP, CRM, Mobile App, SaaS, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. I am also responsible for managing scope and change requests, as well as project status reports. I create project schedules based on the estimates provided by the Scrum team and keep stakeholders informed about planned versus actual progress.I define a roadmap that includes successful A/B testing of new site changes and functionality to ensure that we meet client expectations and deliver a high-quality product.
