And identify next best actions and work packages to fulfill business goals.- Contributing key role in several P0 cross-division initiatives:=> Reduce waiting time and queue at rental counters by enabling faster checkouts by pushing the adoption of Mobile Checkin product to the customers.=> Enable Sixt push the bottom line for incremental sales in Mobile Checkin, at Checkout and throughout rental journey.=> Reduce chargebacks, payment failures and the cost of processing payment transactions by modernizing payment solutions at checkout and throughout rental journey.=> Making Orange THE application for Invoice Management at Sixt for Customer Service by modernizing payment touchpoints and reducing complexities with invoice correction and sunset legacy application.=> Sunset legacy platform dependencies and reduce the cost of running Reservation operations by making Orange THE application for Customer Service. Reservation operations include Create, Edit, Cancel and No-show reservation.- Teaming with other Product Managers in Orange and cross-division products to drive 100% adoption of new Checkout application across Europe and US by bringing up the parity with legacy solution while simplifying complexities at focus and modernizing at the same time.- Successfully led and delivered compliance initiative to ensure vehicles renting out at Sixt, domestically and cross-border, comply with country's regulations and OEMs contracts with Sixt. This includes cars, vans and trucks.- Work closely with UX and scrum teams as a Product Owner in running product development lifecycle within Agile/Scrum framework to reduce complexities at Checkout and throughout rental journey operations.

And collaborated with internal stakeholders in drafting supplier connectivity migration strategy from Sabre's legacy connectivity to Supplier APIs which involved writing API integration guidelines, technical migration support and fallback strategy.- Led the successful connectivity migration plan of Disney cruise from Sabre's legacy channel to Versonix's Seaware APIs. This helped Disney modernize its connectivity infrastructure and provide best-in-class offerings to Sabre's Cruise API partners and customers.

Also collaborated with engineering team for effort estimation and define project scope and get buy-in from stakeholders.- Worked with Quality Assurance in writing test cases, acceptance criteria and conducting Unit Acceptance Testing for Cruise deliverables.
