• Developed CFD model of coolant manifold in Star CCM+, performed simulation to check for flow balance and pressure drop, and correlated results with test data.• Developed electrothermal models of fuses and high voltage components, performed simulations to test for performance over drive profiles and made thermal characterization reports for requirement validation.

• Designed charging station for light electric vehicles and performed iterative design modifications using DFMA guidelines (Laser cutting and Sheet metal bending) to reduce cost of metal parts by 50%.• Verified the design for structural integrity using FEA, worked on packaging of electrical components in metal enclosure, produced design drawings using GD&T principles, and developed a test plan.
