I have worked as a Skill Development Trainer in HP. I was a certified civil site trainer, My job was to plan and organize the training program for a particular site at Hamirpur and to ensure trainees have the existing knowledge to check if they are capable to sit in the training program. Proper arrangement of training centers such as sitting arrangement, theory and practical labs, building material, tools and equipment, electricity and water facilities was checked by me. The training was provided to elevate their core skills, leadership qualities, and entrepreneurial thinking. They were taught about the government schemes launched for them, how to create a positive work environment, and their rights and responsibilities. They were trained in their respective job role by following proper safety, health, and environmental practices. The training was provided as per the session plan and SOPs given by the GOI. After the completion of training assessment of the workers was certified.

Responsible for site supervision and execution:Check plans, drawings and quantities of materials given  by drawing engineer and purchasedepartment.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.Giving reports to my senior and approving work done by a certain contractor so that he get his paycheck.
