The project involved conducting process analysis for Human Resources department of a 3000-person international travel management company. Developed current and proposed workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams for Applicant Tracking, Recordkeeping, Benefits, Training, Compensation and Performance Management.

The requirement was to develop a system for the credit cards division to monitor credit card business. Mainframe web based architecture was developed considering the increasing business volume of the credit card division and user-friendliness.

It reports on six lines of business: Investment Bank, Retail Financial Services, Credit Card Services, Commercial Banking, Treasury & Securities Services and Asset & Wealth Management. The project was to provide 24-hour online access to credit cards, where customers can login and view their account information. They can make online payments, change their contact information and contact customer service representatives for questions.

The solution allows clients to manage the activities related to travel and travel-related transactions, as well as the vast number of complex and dynamic data records generated by these transactions.

Wachovia bank is a diversified banking; financial that provides a broad range of financial operations. Their online service allowed customers to carry out a standard banking operations such as bill payment, funds transfer between accounts, and balance checks. Their Online Mortgage Loan Processing system was converted from a manual system to an automated system. Based on existing forms and new requirement identifications, systems were defined and developed to retrieve existing customer data from legacy systems, also captured new data related to the mortgage and then connected to the credit history agencies and then proposed different options for approval of loans.
