Overall management and leading livelihood and NRM based project including "Mission 2020" Project of TATA TRUSTS, WADI, IWMP. Strategic planning, HR deployment, proposal development, budget management etc for Institution. Networking with line departments.

Working on strengthening of CBOs, Watershed development, agriculture and livestock promotion for rural livelihoods, leading model village program of health, sanitation, child education and women functional literacy and women empowerment.
