I have also worked with different types of authorized consultants such as US citizens, Green card holders, H1 B, and EADs, and handled contracts, RTRs, and other documents as required.I have excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes, including rate negotiations and closing. I am well-versed with US staffing tax terms, W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp. I am well-disciplined, highly motivated, and passionate about finding the best talent for my clients and candidates.
