Supervise all day-to-day general maintenance work within the hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areasMaintain Departmental schedules for cleaning, checking, and repairing of all maintenance systems and back-of-house areas, including the plant room and the generator roomCoordinate electrical and plumbing schedules including water testingReview and maintain daily check lists and operation work sheetsManage on-site contractors and any outside maintenance done by contractorsEnsure the Engineering Team works well together on any projects or schedulesPerform any other duties as requested by the Chief Engineer

1.Review surveillance footage, POS data, and audio of clients operations for theft and operational deficiencies.2. Respond to alarm and emergency calls; investigate disturbances. Decides what actions to take based on the situation, facts known and position limitations.3. Monitor closed-circuit cameras.4. Completes incident/accident/injury reports.5. Investigates all incidents reported occurring on their shift that is relevant to the four categories: Incidents, Medical Emergencies.
