• Analysis and processing of different documents to provide complete information about NEO’s compensation on Bloomberg Terminal • Working on US SEC filling like Def-14A,10-K and Form-4 for understanding different compensation element.• Capture the Compensation elements of NEO’s by using different methods of granting an award like Annualization, Off-cycle grant, Tranches etc.• Analysis of different kinds of metrics like Adjusted EBITDA, Operating Income, EPS, Free cash flow and Total Shareholder Return etc. to capture awards like PSUs, RSUs granted to the NEO’s.• To publish the reported compensation of NEO’s on Bloomberg Terminal so that same can be used for further analysis.
