I am currently working as a Senior Data Management and Architecture Lead for leading U.S. Pharmaceutical client – Jansen Pharma. I lead multiple aspects of applications related to Data such as Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Analytics, Data Migration and Master Data Management. I have successfully delivered large scale migration projects with more than 2 million patients and 50 million transactions from legacy platform to a unified digital platform. I am responsible for design and delivery of data integration requirements involving 3rd party vendors and partner applications. I maintain a close relationship with client IT and Business stakeholders to design analytic use cases to support patient and provider research and insights. I have established a strong Data Governance process using MDM based approach to ensure optimum Data quality across the organization. I am also responsible to managing high performance teams to conceptualize, design and deliver integration projects in an agile manner. Prior to this I was Services design Consultant with a leading U.S Pharmaceutical Benefit Manager specializing in the design and delivery of SOA based services. I was responsible to the Service Identification and Discovery process and support various application teams across the organization identify and reuse web services as well maintaining a Services Registry. I have an overall 17 years of across various IT functions from defining Application Architecture and Process design to Data Analytics across industry domains. Over 9+ years on experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Solution Architecture and Business Process Modeling of complex applications, working for international Clients, helping them innovate and optimize their business outcomes and reduce their total cost of ownership.
