Working with various projects across multiple industries and business units to implement ITSM Solution and Tools Landscape for IT Systems. The tool was Servicenow which was implemented for the customer in a Managed Services Portfolio. The implementation was for a world leader in the Construction & Manufacturing Industry.

Responsible for deploying , designing and maintaining Tools Framework for Large Scale Enterprise Customer's in FMCG,Retail and Utilities Industry.

Managing and Implementation of multiple Service Now Projects and Customer ITIL / Service Management Deliverables as a part of Servicenow Center of Excellence in the organization.

I am working as a SME of System Center Orchestrator which is a workflow automation software product of Microsoft that allows administrators to automate the monitoring and deployment of data center resources.Designed and Implemented System Center Orchestrator based Joiner, Mover and Leaver automation integrated with Service-Now as ITSM tool ( Servicenow) and the solution is integrated with Active Directory, Office 365, Lync Server.CMDB auto population where CI and relationship mapping were auto-populated for more than 25000 windows workstation and servers and more than 1000 Non-windows servers taking data source from SCCM and SCOM into Servicenow. Also, implemented Automatic incident generation from SCOM alerts in Service Now and also auto-resolve incidents based on SCOM alerts closure in Servicenow. I also worked as a SCCM support engineer and worked on other System center components like SCOM, SCVMM, SCSM which are used for monitoring, VM provisioning and management tool, ITSM tool which was Servicenow. The customer was CPG customer with presence across 5 continents and the world leader in its industry.

I was a key member team which supported solutions developed via HP Operations Orchestration, Cisco Process Orchestrator (CPO), vCenter Orchestrator. I was responsible for the support of large-scale enterprise wide workflows, which orchestrated the zero-touch delivery of customer requested IT virtual data center solutions. This included providing L3 support and technical expertise for the automation and orchestration of the data center and business service provisioning and in-life changes.GSVDC (Global Services Virtual Data Centre) was one of the pioneer initiatives of a Global Telecom Giant Head Quartered in London.I was extensively involved both in Support and Maintenance, Deployment of the Cloud Compute Application which was run on state of the art technologies in the Automation Framework.
