 Performed project to optimize the supply chain service level for the major checks and the forecasting of the material for the upcoming major check using the six-sigma methodology.  Worked on the lead time standard deviation implementation in the Reorder level calculation for the inventory management. Developed excel spreadsheet for optimized float of Rotables and repairable spares of the current inventory. Review of the RSPL & PRSL. Surplus stock, Nonmoving and obsolete stock review. Development of process engineering in the supply chain. Developed various SQL code to retrieve data from data base for analysis purpose. Worked on SQL which makes it easier to map the ERP requirement for the supply chain material planning and fill the gap.
