I always wanted to make a difference wherever I was, but I wasn't always sure about where to start. Right after completing my schooling, I immediately started working on my development in terms of interpersonal skills. It was at that time when I realised that I would be wasting another 3 years of my life in college if I did not do anything which could solve some purpose since I got to know anything & everything which I would be doing from then would define my future in terms of career and theoretical knowledge wouldn't be enough. This led me to launch a new cell within my college, a cell which would primarily be focused on corporate exposure to students. I, along with my fellow classmates, started an Internship Cell named InternWare which later went on to become the most active cell in terms of ongoing activities.Without diving further into explaining about the cell, the key takeaway for me from the whole experience of managing a team of 30+ members for 3 years, is that this provided me with an ocean of growth opportunities. Whether establishing network of recruiters or managing events to solving technical challenges, I was able to tap every single aspect of a structured organisation to have a great learning curve.When I graduated, I joined the Aon as a Junior Analyst where I got the opportunity to develop myself to be more inclined towards achieving efficiency and at the same time learning about the industry. I'm now a Senior Associate in Grant Thornton where I am looking after Compliance & Independence related processes which have helped me gather a strong knowledge about corporate laws and solve independence threats. Over the last three years, I've worked on 10+ projects where my contribution made a significant difference.I enjoy traveling as I really like to explore various places.
