Capital Market Operations - Wealth Management

NetMan needs to make contact with both External relationships, and internal ones where there is key interaction with the Front Office, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.• Manage the agent bank network: Open and close new agent bank/custodian accounts, liaise with agent banks, maintain the Network Management Accounts Database – MYRIAD, and update agreements, fee schedules, and contact lists.• Provide support to internal stakeholders: Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders and address queries from the external agent bank network.• Conduct annual reviews: Conduct the Annual Service Standard Review (SSR) and complete the annual reconciliation of records.• Manage data: Collate and analyze clearance fee and volume data, prepare market, account, and clearance save data, and check agent bank invoices against Fee schedules.• Maintain knowledge: Ensure knowledge and understanding of all fee schedules for existing providers and monthly input of fees charged by our agent bank network for major Nomura entities in the FAST system.• Other duties: Perform daily review and action SWIFT Key RMA exchanges, distribute the latest market information to internal stakeholders, review daily internal reconciliation reports, and investigate/resolve breaks in a timely manner

Global Market Operations - Client Reference Data Services (CRDS)• Generation & Updation of CRDS codes for the Instruments in the internal application system.• Creation, Update and Management of all Instruments and Static data in all Booking, Market Data and Settlement systems for Equity Derivative and Fixed Income products.• Ensure the data are correct and accurate and provide enhancements and solutions to allow quicker reconciliations.• Support internal clients for all issues related to Product Referential data maintenance• Monitor & Maintain corporate action events within internal and external systems impacted and Communicate to internal clients (FO, MO, BO, Client Service, etc...) the details of the events.

Data Quality - Product Reference Data Services (PRDS)• Maintained data quality for securities by reconciling internal application data with third-party vendors such as Exchange, Bloomberg, and Reuters.• Resolved data discrepancies by communicating with vendors via email to ensure alignment with external data sources.• Managed and updated various trackers, participated in daily and weekly calls, and actively contributed to training new team members.
