I come from a background in process & systems management in education industry, having completed my education in Software Exports (NIIT) and Masters in Educational Administration, Symbiosis (SCDL). I am a graduate in Economics from Calcutta University. During the 20 years of my experience, I have been fortunate to work on varied projects which has enriched my experience and helped me become a true team player. From being a software developer to leading a large scale international team to heading the Academic Management & Analytics division of the largest Design College to currently being the Director - Programme Operations & FInance in WWF-India, I have travelled the path solving challenges. My core strength lies in identifying problem areas and resolving them from the core by working on the efficiency model and process re-engineering. My knowledge and experience in the software industry helps me in analyzing the challenges systematically and work from the root cause.My diverse range of experience in software, content writing, digital marketing, process management, education administration, student affairs, analytics, Registry functions, poject operations has helped me grow as a better human being and a useful resource. I am able to read challenging situations very fast and come up with workable solutions keeping the feasibility factors in mind.
