Chief responsibilities:Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting of commercial batches. Optimizing man and machine utilization to achieve preset production targets and goals.Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement, develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on shop floor for effective utilization of man and machine hours, and maximize throughput of the plant.Handling Quality Management System for shop floor related responsibility where in jointly investigation root cause for batch failure (OOS/OOT) observation and market complaints. Jointly handling incidents and deviations along with Change controls with QA department.Involved in internal plant audits for maintaining cGMP compliance and improvement of system and facility for uniform and effective working of other departments and supporting departments.Handling optimization and validation batches along with engineering batches required for filling in Europe and Brazil market.Preparation of awareness programs and training sessions for fellow colleagues and juniors regarding SOPs and functions.Supervising team involved in preparing reports for optimization and validation batches of launched products/ existing products for any changes in existing formulation/Re-formulation. Organizing preparation and compilation of documents at plant level required for filling of products with regulatory agencies.Involved in discussion with external vendors and evaluation of new machines required for plant in manufacturing units.Handling of new projects at site.Handling product manufacturing (Material Planning to Dispatch) at LL and P2P Sites and handling technology transfer for cost saving and quality perspective.Preparation and presentation of Annual work force and production budget. Implementing and monitoring of OEE (Overall Equipment efficiency) and MIS reports in order to achieve maximum utilization of machine

•Played instrumental role in setting up new department for Formulation Technology Transfer at Baddi site chiefly involved in planning and execution of new products at site and site transfer of existing molecules and variation filling in EU and Brazil market. •Handled department (Formulation Technology Transfer) for 4 years and successfully transferred list of molecules for site transfer and new launches from Baddi Site.•Coordinating with Technology transfer team from FnD/ other manufacturing locations for launch of new products/ site shift products, micro scheduling of the product transfer and manufacturing activities. Coordinating with other supporting departments for follow-ups and smooth planning and effective execution of the site shift activity. •Having sole responsibility to transfer technology from CMO Location to IH Location for export market. Mainly having exposure for Europe and Brazil Market. Looking after new projects for filling, communicating with Regulatory Team and Agencies for successful filling.•Independently handling complete domestic technology transfer projects to LL and P2P sites and coordinating for timely completion of dispatches.•Having sole responsibility of identification, evaluation, auditing and approval of third party sites for domestic market. •Currently being a team member for project stage of new site to be developed for domestic manufacturing Unit. Involved in Layout designing, Manpower requirement and machine evaluation and selection procedures.
