Some of the activities and responsibilities included--> Co-ordinator for Virtual Data Book Package- A digital product that aims to replace machine testing on heavy duty tires with the simulations and create a ready to use tire data book for communicating to the OEMs. Key responsibilities- Zonal representative from Asia. Product design and management (Feature design, roadmap and DOE creation, Homologation and Qualification of the product). Communication with the world wide user community. Continuous feedback monitoring and feature enhancements. Training the key users and global deployment.Goals achieved- On time completion, >95% user satisfaction, Upfront savings of approx. 90K Euros/Year -> Co-ordinator for OE studies- Mentoring and delegating OE study requests to the fellow design analysts. Responsible for the quality of tire data submitted to the OEMs. Achieved 100% RFT and 100% on time delivery.-> Lead analyst and key user for tire life cycle assessment tool- A digital tool aimed to measure environmental impact of tires. Cradle to Grave assessment. -> Lead simplexity analyst- Expert analysis for simplifying tire design across different offerings. Common tread, ply or bead area design across different products- helps reduce cycle time and cost. Achieved >90% of the simplexity targets throughout the years for plants in China, Thailand and India.
