AWS Elasticache:- Led a team of 3 engineers to reduce go-to-production time from 8 weeks to 5 weeks while following AWS safe deployment practices- Designed and built a System Testing Orchestration Layer (STOL) which contributed to improving the QA certification time from 3 weeks to 1 week by automating various manual steps in a generic plug-n-play architecture- Influenced other teams in the org to use STOL and other improvements to reduce their TTP (time to production) by at least a week

Ramped-up on Amazon's culture, processes, and tools. Worked on AWS Codeguru, AWS SecurityGuard and Kingpin (internal OKR) tool.

Microsoft Teams (IT Pro Apps Marketplace)- Built and coached the team of 7 developers to deliver Apps Marketplace and improved apps adoption by running various app discovery experiments resulted in increased AUP by ~30% and MAU by 130k- Brainstormed and Led the cross-org Teams app marketplace monetization effort by building an ecosystem for ISVs, Teams Admins, BDMs to publish and monetize apps, resulting in 210k of revenue in 1 months of beta launch, using Microsoft Commerce platform.- Led the effort for improving the telemetry and reporting story to enable funnel view, error report analysis and was responsible to review service metrics with CVP. As part of this effort, improved TTAA for Line-of-business apps from 37 hours to 25 hours and average failure retry count 3.3 to 1.2- Influenced the team in re-writing and enhance the documentation around features, TSGs and domain knowledge, especially from onboarding perspective for seamless onboarding of new hires- Responsible for taking initiatives and influencing leaders around increasing team efficiency by introducing processes around feature definition and its lifecycle, and setting up rhythm of business weekly meetings, service reviews, shiproom meetings, etc.

ExP platform (Microsoft A/B testing platform)- Architected and Built Treatment Assignment Service V2 by introducing Deployment channel and Deployment monitor, integrating with AFD edge nodes spanning across 2000+ servers to cater 110k+ rps with configuration delivery to edge nodes within 5 minutes- Introduced Geneva monitoring system which helped team to monitor the key API latency to keep it under 100ms for Office365 and to monitor reliability of the configuration delivery to avoid delayed flight operations- Influenced the team to dogfood experimentation to improve user experience, which also helped improve the internal latency of TAS from 12 ms to 8 ms- Implemented the inbuilt NSAT tool for metrics authoring service to understand customer’s pain-points which helped increase NSAT score from 97 to 120- Responsible for driving Engineering Excellence effort across ExP by continuously tracking and analyzing bugs, repair items, DRI tickets, test coverage and other engineering re-architecture efforts to ensure better dev-agility- Co-chaired the "Meet the ExPerts: Metrics Health" session in MLADS conference 2020 to educate the audience on “How to define and determine health of metrics using STEDI scale”- Appointed as VPAL (VP appointed Lead) to coordinate Giving campaign across AI platform, resulted in increased YoY participation by 7%

Azure Storage (Hybrid Storage, Edge and Disk rentals):- Brainstormed and implemented Disk Rental Service from scratch by researching and integrating with multiple existing services and coordinating with partner teams in multiple locations to enable migration of hundreds of Petabytes of customer’s on-premise data to cloud using a physical device.- Designed Secure isolated system in Microsoft datacenters to copy data from physical disks in a safe, secure and reliable way- Created Reporting dashboards for leadership team and PMs to track current status of each data migration job and recommend action items in case of any failures- Mentored and Led 2 interns to develop Log Analyzer tool from scratch which reduced developer’s daily investment from 6 hours to few minutes by automating various tedious steps, using historical data analysis and custom rule engine- Developed various tools like doc generator, advanced TRX file reader, WPF installer framework, etc to enhance developer’s productivity- Worked on Search Simple Hackathon winner project to enable enterprise customer search and recover any file from a specific checkpoint backup while not compromising on the enterprise level security

Bing Ads (Express for SMB):- Delivered Bing Ads Express v1 product from scratch in agile mode with aggressive deadlines- Collaborated with Bing Places team and integrated the business profiles using event notification system- Designed and delivered Reseller capabilities by supporting bulk business management APIs in a thread-safe manner
