• Developed a financial valuation model in .NET/Excel/VBA environment for Lloyd’s Bank of UK to value their loan assets in an Agile development environment. The application was highly complex in nature, had a rigorous deadline and strict quality control measures due to compliance requirements of the UK regulators. Model was used for trading securities and loan assets worth more than 6 billion dollars every month.• Managed a globally distributed and cross functional team of 4 developers, 1 Business Analysts, 3 SQA engineers and a Business User for the Global Macro Automation Support (GMAS) group. Reported directly to the Vice-President of IT.• Lead Daily Stand-up and SCRUM meetings with the entire project team to track progress against the plan and understand the roadblocks for the project team. Team was distributed in Sacramento, California, London England and Boston. Prepared comprehensive project plan. Provide periodic updates to senior management.• Developed User Stories for product development in 2 week sprint cycles.• Laid out the agenda as well as raise and follow-up on new and pending issues for twice a week client engagement meetings.
