He shares a passion for digital transformation of clients' business functions using new age SAP solutions.Until recently as Executive Director & Partner, SAP and Enterprise Applications Service Line Lead, he led one of the most successful and significant SAP Global Delivery practices in the world at IBM for more than 4 years and ushered in its transformation to the new age of SAP. Sauti was responsible for setting the overall business and digital transformation strategy for SAP consulting and AMS services for IBM India Client Innovation center. A significant stakeholder in IBM Global SAP Leadership team, Sauti was accountable for all SAP delivery from IBM India across all markets, industries, Systems Integration & AMS. He is credited for Practice transformation to new age SAP products including S4 Hana, Hybris & C4C, SuccessFactors, Ariba OnDemand, IBP, IoT, HCP etc. with an overwhelming scale of SAP consultants equipped with new age skills and delivering projects. Through innovation, industry and technology focused asset creation and usage, automation and cognitive solutions including adoption in clients, Sauti has driven new business growth in existing accounts thru Base Account Growth program.Prior to this role, Sauti was Associate Director, Industry Lead for Chemicals & Petroleum and Industrial Products IBM India and credited with significant wins and pipeline. Sauti started his consulting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has grown through the ranks from being a Developer, Technical Architect, Business Development Executive, Account Portfolio Manager, SAP Practice Lead for Chemicals & Petroleum. Sauti is known for his strong leadership qualities and people skills to manage high intensity of change with scale and impact.
