CurrentServers, VMs, and workstations Administration• Install, configure, and maintain servers and server operating systems using VMware• Manage and monitor server resources, including CPU, memory, disk space, and network bandwidth• Monitoring and managing VDI workstations through the VMware Horizon connection serverO365 and User Administration• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts• Assign and manage licenses• Manage user mailboxes, including creating shared mailboxes, configuring mailbox permissions, and setting up email forwarding• Configure and manage user access levels and permissions• Offboarding and onboarding procedures through O365Troubleshooting and Support• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues• Providing technical support to end users for VDI workstations (O365 issues, issues with 3rd party applications, recreating writable volumes)• Create and manage user accounts and permissions through AD• Troubleshooting Windows-based issuesSecurity and Patch Management• Monitor systems for security breaches and threats and respond to incidents• Regularly update and patch systems to protect against vulnerabilities• Troubleshooting and fixing problems with patchesSystem Maintenance and Monitoring• Monitoring of SANs, backups, and hosts (IBM, Veeam, VMware)• Monitoring of servers, VMs, and workstations (Site 24x7, Datto RMM, VMware)• Monitoring and reacting to security threats (RocketSOC, EDR, Webroot, Vade, Vipre)Documentation, Communication, and Reporting• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures• Generate reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and security incidents.• Communicate SLA terms, service performance, and incident resolutions to clients in a clear and timely manner.• Provide regular updates to clients regarding service status, maintenance schedules, and any potential service disruptions.• Prepare and deliver reports to clients
