Attend monthly meetings for Board Members, at either the HQ downtown(2nd Ave) or virtual meeting online(Webex, Zoom). Discuss old and new business on the meeting agenda. Look over and review operating budget for organization. Help in advisement of HQ remodel, that was completed in 2021. Deliver meals and conduct welfare visits to the customer/patrons who utilize the services provided by the Meals-On-Wheels organization. Help with the yearly event fundraisers put on by Meals-On-Wheels(Cinn-A-Gram, Mowtown, Cotton Classic, Veterans 5k Run, Share The Love, and The Great Pumpkin Race).

Coordinate/Contact with other non-profit organizations that are interested in receiving Men/Women healthcare products. Set pickup times/dates for deliveries for interested organizations. Receive/Weigh all donations that come in from across the U.S. Unpack donations and organize into groups so that the Executive Director can build bins, so that I can build pallets for outgoing deliveries. Maintain/Organize the back of the warehouse so that it is orderly and clean. Fill out monthly weight forms for UPS, USPS, FedEx, and any front door donations. Help setup and coordinate Project Beauty Share's Premier Events such as "Evening En Blanc". Verify that all legal forms that are required for all non-profits are filled out and submitted properly. Fill out a monthly timesheet for payroll.

Represent the Balboa/S.I.T. Neighborhood at the Community Assembly held at City Hall once every month. Relay what happens at Community Assembly back to the neighborhood council. Discuss topics of concern that pertain to all neighborhoods, or specific precincts. Listen to special presentations by city officials (Mayor Condon, SPD Major Ken King, etc). Keep good relations and open communication between all 29 neighborhood councils. Review policy and procedures for the Assembly. Vote on matters pertaining to what is being discussed currently.

Create agenda and discuss topics for monthly CA meeting. Relay information back to respective neighborhood councils. Record special committees news regarding events that will effect the Community Assembly(ex: Budget Committee). Communicate and relay news given to the assembly by the City of Spokane(ex:.ONS Operational Reports). Serve as a Community Assembly Representative for at least 1 year, as prerequisite for initial electoral bid.

Review and vote on the yearly salary of the Spokane City Council, Council President, and the Spokane Mayor. Meet when needing to discuss/vote on any changes to the aforementioned yearly salaries. Compare different city sizes and governments to measure what other commissions compensate their councils/mayor. Communicate with local news organizations wanting to report on commission's activities.

Meet monthly to go over any Water Right applications that were submitted, or to talk and discuss business new/old. Provide on-site inspections, of parcels of land, that have water rights attached to them. Complete 32 hours of preliminary training to be fully certified as a Water Conservancy Board Commissioner. Communicate with Department of Ecology in regards to water right submissions or complaints. Review and practice case studies that relate to water laws. Tour the Spokane County Water Reclamation Facility located out on Freya st.

Transport people from point A to point B safely and expediently. Operate the Lyft driver app in a knowledgeable fashion. Know the Spokane road infrastructure and high traffic volumes,to navigate the city in a more efficient manner. Be kind and cordial to all clients, to ensure an excellent driving experience. Maintain a 5 star rating for over 2 yrs straight. Return lost items that may have been left accidentally in vehicle by the customer/client. Maintain vehicle to the standard required to operate under Lyft. Document, save, and archive all business expenses for yearly taxes as Lyft drivers are 1099-K contractors.

Create and handout weekly agendas to the Residential Hall Association Representatives and the RHA Executive Board. Manage the $70,000 RHA budget. Create/Manage student events for the WWU student body living on campus(Casino Night, Endfair). Communicate with all residential halls on campus. Act as a liaison between the Student and the College Administration. Assist in the transition from my administration to the next to make sure organization ran smoothly after leaving. The reason for departing was I did not want to seek another term.
