About Brad Savage
Giving you an easier path to wellness with ready-to-eat salads 🥗 for the whole week, delivered right to your door.Gardencup is a D2C meal subscription brand shipping over a million salads a year to homes and offices nationwide. Our mission is to make clean eating so easy it's unavoidable. To bridge the gap between convenient and healthy, we send ultra-premium / nutrient-dense salads, bowls, and produce snacks right to your door, ready to eat.Prior to Gardencup, I helped launch commercial real estate appraisal and proptech firm, Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. I helped lead initial strategy, operations, executive team recruitment, sales, and product development for our proprietary data analytics and semi-automated valuation software. As the venture matured, I went on to oversee production and client relationships in the Southwest and Mountain regions, and business development nationally for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily small loan lenders. Before Apprise, I started The Multifamily Advisory (MFA), the acquisition of which by the GeoPhy/Walker & Dunlop joint venture kicked off appraisal operations and software design for what became Apprise. MFA appraised and consulted on multifamily properties for GSE seller-servicers, local to national banks, life companies, debt funds, investment managers, and developers. Leveraging our own technology to supercharge multifamily appraisal productivity and report quality, MFA earned a strong reputation in GSE small loan appraisals. Our purpose-built web application, valuation models, and report format later served as the basis for the far more comprehensive Apprise platform.During my time in CRE, I oversaw the completion of more than 4,000 appraisals for federally-related lending transactions, primarily for apartment properties including market-rate, affordable, student, seniors, and manufactured housing communities, both existing and proposed. During this time I was a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and CCIM Institute and a Certified General Appraiser in 45 states.
Listed skills include Commercial Real Estate, Valuation, Real Estate Economics, Appraisals, and 21 others.

Clientele consisted of FDIC banks, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac seller/servicers, HUD MAP lenders, CMBS originators, insurance companies, debt funds, investment managers, and middle-market operators. In addition to independent appraisal reporting for both private and federally-related lending transactions, MFA also provided financial reporting appraisals, appraisal review, market and rent studies, project feasibility studies, litigation support, tax appeal, cash flow modeling, and third-party investment analysis. Advised on portfolios, partial interests, leaseholds, value-add acquisitions, and new construction.MFA was acquired in August 2019 by a newly-formed joint venture between Walker & Dunlop and GeoPhy. MFA's acquisition spearheaded initial operations and software design for the corporate-backed startup that ultimately became Apprise by Walker & Dunlop.
