 Working as a senior Executive in Operational department (FDA-Final Disbursement account) Processing / Auditing of the Disbursement Account for the vessel’s Port call calling at different corners (Port) of the world. Checking the Authentication of the expenses & Getting it clarified with agent/Operator where ever necessary & then accepting it accordingly. To monitor that DA Process is completed well in time & Balance fund is remitted to agent in order to close the File accordingly.  Checking if any world scale (W/S) item incurred then re-billing the same to Charterers. Asking agent to submit the FDA within time bar for final settlement of that particular port call. Creating SDA (Supplementary Disbursement account) if any cost or invoice have been missed out or Deducted while processing due to operators instruction. Co-ordinating with operator / Agent through raising Queries about the charges which is not clarified or reason for the charging in final DA. Closing the Issues which we have been raised initially while processing and closing the files within time bar once clarified and justified with agent/Operator. Working On behalf of Operator and making work easier & safer and also making sure that they pay the money actually incurred.  Avoiding operator to pay additional money which is not actually incurred.
