Setup and conduct various tests and analyze the samples for any kind of defects.Compare respective batches with the standard and ensure are being met.Prepare and maintain QC&QA documents, forms and records as per ISO 9001.Adjust formulas based on variances or condition in production.Follow ISO guidelines, GLP, etc.Test formulas to ensure they meet the specific QC standards (Colour, gel time, flow rate, appearance , particle size etc.).Proficiently use of computer ( MS Word, Excel, Power-point, Outlook and various databases used by the company ).Regular inspection tests on equipment and materials to verify that everything is functioning properly and efficiently and there are no safety hazards.Promptly using and calibrating of instruments like gloss meter, spectrophotometer, particle size measurement programme etc.Work in accordance with WHEMIS guidelines and standard housekeeping policies.Instruct production to adjust parameters of machineries when necessary and make sure to reduce the waste of raw materials in order to maintain cost level.Work towards continuous improvement at the process, product and cost level.SKILLS: Strong Communication written and verbal.Detail-oriented.Management Experience.Computer Knowledge.Problem solving.Multitask.Work under pressure.
