I'm Savan Sharma, a Civil Engineer having a 7+ years of experience in construction industry. I'm currently employed by Dilip Buildcon Limited as a Sr. Engineer (Contracts Management for Design and Technical Audit Department). My responsibilities are to handle Contract Management, Contractual Claims, Extension of Time, Liquidate damages, Delay analysis, Estimation, Preparation of Change of Scope (COS), Costing, Reconciliation, Quantity surveying, Billing, Deviation, BOQ, Rate analysis, Execution.
