 BAU: In charge of managing the entire accounting and financial functions of the Brand, “HUEB” for 3 regions I.e. the Middle East, Brazil & US. Consist of 30+ point of sales (shops) & Flagship stores.  MIS: MIS preparations including detailed analysis on variances. Profitability analysis for each store standalone & Consolidated, Inventory/Assets reports.  Presentation: Drive a monthly MIS meeting where I report & give Presentation on MIS to CEO, CFO Board-of-directors & Operational HODs.  Working Capital: Effectively managing Working capital – Cash flow Management, Fund management & Creditor/Debtor analysis reports. Business analytics: Budgeting, Financial planning & Detailed Variance analysis, Efficiency & Unit capacity reports and so on. Sales & Profitability analysis as per season/ region /category /year /product wise.  Business Support: Closely working with Operational team to support decision making & business at each level with all required finance details/ reports. Prepare & Provide uncommon reports for quick & accurate business decisions. ERP: Help improvising ERP in such a way that expansion can be done with no additional Man-power. Shape continues enhancement of ERP to make it robust and extra user-friendly. Team Management: Leading and motivating colleges in everything from basic Finance/accounts concepts clarity to Finalization of accounts. Keep high energy in the team and lead them to take initiative for taking up ad hoc projects. Compliance with Local Law & Regulations: Build required knowledge around local Law and regulation in relation to countries where business is in operations. Ensure legal, taxation & other compliance are in place for all region. VAT: Tax rates implementation in ERP for Sales and purchase. Tax payment calculations, reconciliations and submitting of VAT returns for Brazil Region.

Finance & Risk operations (FRO) India• Successful Migration and stabilisation of London office reporting function of CIP (Citi entity) to Mumbai Office landed us with several another related task of the entity.• Responsible for Preparing Monthly/Quarterly financial statements under US GAAP of Various CITI entities with commentary.• Hold Superior knowledge of required IFRS for Citi entities.• Responsible for making IFRS Adjustments in financial statements made under US GAAP to make those reports compatible with IFRS reporting in the United Kingdom. • To simplify check process & eliminate errors in huge & diversified excel file containing plenty of complex formulas and linkages, I created & implemented control function sheet.• Developed structural & fundamental knowledge around various accounting & data retrieval system which helps in creating /modifying queries. Modification of query is essential to retrieve data on the unusual requirement in a timely manner. • Have migrated Euro exposure process to check euro exposure on European countries month on month. After migration stabilised it and the developed system where files for all 20 countries have been delivered on time each month. I have received appreciation emails from process owner for the same.• By visiting the London-based office, migrated processes like FSA return BS variance analysis and commentary writing in the short time frame of just 2 weeks and started working on it independently. For the same, once again I received appreciation mail from clients.
