• Advocate for children and families in the foster care system, responding to emergencies and crises 24/7.• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and services needed by children and families.• Conduct home visits to assess progress, provide training, and ensure safety and compliance.

• Design and facilitate class sessions for first-time juvenile offenders, supervising youth for a minimum of three months.• Administer drug tests, conduct curfew checks, and perform home and school visits.• Act as the Runaway Intake Coordinator, responsible for document completion and distribution.• Develop and maintain strong community alliances with county/state agencies, police departments, service agencies, and attorneys.
