IC Leadership:- Providing New Hire Training and Mentorship as Recruiting SME on the following:Daily planning, personal tracking, recruiting best practices, understanding book of work, conducting phone screens, maximizing efficiency, communication, etc.- Implementing new methods for efficiency and organization across multiple books of work (candidate experience, write-ups, etc.) Role of Pod Leader: - Leading a team of 4-6 colleagues. The first line of support for questions on processes, systems, queries, book of work expertise/virtual coaching, candidate profile, etc. - Providing support with weekly pod check-in meetings to identify areas of opportunity, provide mentorship, report opportunities/challenges/concerns to manager, act as spokesperson for my pod, and share overviews with leadership (managers & directors).
