In this role, I advise and collaborate with medical students participating in a summer of service learning through partnerships with local non-profits. My responsibilities include:Advising and Mentoring: Guiding medical students through their service learning experiences, providing support and feedback, and facilitating their professional and personal growth.Community Engagement: Maintaining strong connections with community partners, non-profits, students, and site supervisors to ensure successful collaborations and impactful service projects.Project Planning: Designing and organizing the community immersion project, ensuring meaningful and educational experiences for students.Coordination and Communication: Managing logistics and coordination between multiple campuses to streamline program operations and enhance cross-campus collaboration.
