I’ve always loved solving puzzles—taking seemingly random pieces and fitting them together to create a complete picture is both challenging and satisfying. This love of problem-solving has strongly influenced my career and academic journey in business management.Currently, as a quality manager, I like to approach each day like a puzzle, collaborating across departments to identify misaligned pieces and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence. My interest in problem-solving also drives my focus on human resources. I see human resources as the “puzzle masters” of an organization—responsible for identifying talent, placing individuals in roles where they can thrive, and ensuring the company operates at peak efficiency.I’m on track to graduate in May 2026 with a business management degree and a human resources specialization. I look forward to contributing my skills in solving organizational puzzles and optimizing team performance in a dynamic human resources role.
