- Recruit on positions within the IT, Accounting, Engineering, and Finance industries- Complete short-term contract, long-term contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements through finding and interviewing potential candidates with specific skillsets required to match customer's specifications- Identify candidates through multiple application tracking software portals and through Insight Global’s internal customer relations management system- Negotiate hourly rate and salary structure between candidate and client- Develop relationships with new clients to increase the scope of companies using Insight Global for staffing needs- Advocate for potential candidates with regards to submission to hiring managers - Lead trainings for junior recruiters on how to use LinkedIn Recruiter - Develop and utilize in-depth understanding of client needs to match the customer with qualified professionals
