Main duties and responsibilities included:-Running and maintaining successful shifts under the supervision of GM.-Teaching myself invoice coding and how various aspects of a PnL spreadsheet relate to a restaurant's functioning. -Training and developing new FOH and BOH members. Involved in initial interview process.-Initially tasked with minimal ordering. Near the end of my time here I was responsible for ordering.-Introduced to scheduling and how to staff a restaurant.-Created a Gluten and Celiac Disease information packet and Allergy Sensitivity Training Program.-Capable of managing FOH and BOH operation during high volume periods, minimizing ticket times and maximizing customer satisfaction.-Together with the GM, developed a poorly functioning store with known customer service issues into a profitable location with minimal comps and increased reports of customer satisfaction. Within a year's framework, I quickly acquired and mastered most skills and requirements for an ASM in our company. Started as a hostess/busser. Quickly grew in my ability to multi-task in a high volume setting and work well under pressure. Within a year, I trained to become a server. This was our second highest volume store, and near the end of my time there I became the top selling server. From 2011 to 2013, I was promoted and worked as a Shift Leader.
