• Create and run tournaments for amateur and professional bowlers• Provide excellent customer service for the needs and wants of the bowlers and tournament staff• Communicate effectively with tournament directors and organizations throughout the event• Communicate effectively with other departments for the needs and wants of the tournament staff

• Provide excellent customer service to guests during their visit• Handle any customer complaints or comments about their visit• Communicate with other departments (i.e. food and beverage) if customer complaints were brought to attention• Handle sales for open play, leagues and tournaments

● Watch over and maintain the 64-lane center● Assist with any issues or questions guests may have (i.e. score changes, bumpers)● Communicate with mechanics and control desk of any issues pertaining to the guests and lanes● Assist the control desk with phone calls and sales● Clean and set up lanes for incoming leagues, tournaments, and open play● Cash Handling Experience w/ Agilisys systems

● Provide quality guest service and safety for up to two hundred guests per hour● Trained and certified to operate eighteen rides● Communicate effectively to inform guests of safety procedures and various entertainment/accommodations at Circus Circus
