• Manage full recruiting life-cycle including requisition qualifications, sourcing, screening, selection, and on-boarding of candidates• Specialize in fulfillment for engineering clients such as Semiconductor, Automotive, Networking, Medical Device, Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, and Aerospace industries• Strategically source candidates with a high volume of outbound calls and messages• Thoroughly screen candidates by conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, and reference checks to comply with client expectations and guarantee the presentation of qualified candidates.• Utilize a variety of internal and external sourcing resources to find the best talent including Aerotek’s proprietary applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, event networking, online job boards, employee referrals, and direct sourcing• Partner with Account Managers to obtain a clear understanding of position requirements from hiring managers and exchange market data• Negotiate compensation packages, while providing a consultative approach, equipping candidates with industry information to set realistic expectations• Identify candidates’ strengths and weaknesses in order to coach them through client specific interview processes• Maintain candidate relationships post-hire to ensure long term successful job placement•Identify candidates’ strengths and weaknesses in order to coach them through client specific interview processes• Collaborate daily with direct team to work cross functionally spanning multiple offices• Inclusion and Diversity team member- responsible for creating engaging programs, social events, and content to educate and provide a space for marginalized groups.
